DESCRIPTION:We Are Winter sit ski lessons with former paralympic biathlete Coach Olex Korniiko.\nExpect an intimate lesson and introduction to sit skiing with a maximum of 3 participants.\nLesson will last approximately 45min. Please arrive 30min early.\nPerfect for persons with limited mobility, lower body and spinal injuries. Some upper body mobility is required.\nAll lessons during the We Are Winter event weekend are FREE!\nIMPORTANT NOTE: If planning to join the event on Saturday January 10th, please reach out to Olex by email olex@Winnipegtrails.ca to discuss the type of sit ski you may need or any supports that may be desired.\nIf the event is sold out, or if you would like to borrow equipment. we’d love to hear from you and potentially connect you with equipment independently and other events we have planned this winter, so please reach out!\n
